Accepted an old friend's invitation to join a small team of seasoned professionals on a mission to reshape the world of D2C perishable fulfillment and logistics. As a Head of Product and Engineering, I was responsible for product research, roadmap and its technical execution, software architecture and delivery. Managing the budget, built the engineering org of 5 people, achieved growth from $0 to $5M ARR in two years.
